Headaches in adults

It has been proven by some surveys that people don’t report many migraines after reaching their fifties, and tension based headaches and cluster headaches are also reduced to a great extent. But unfortunately, headaches for some other reasons become more frequent. The more we age, the more we become susceptible to diabetes and cardiovascular disease, for instance, which are related to headaches.  The sad but undeniable fact is that the headaches keep on affecting us until the end of our lives, and it is just the form of headache, which vary over time. With the increase in our age, we become more prone to the arthritis and this can also create headaches, particularly if arthritis is in your neck’s bones. One of the most common problems that people discover in their older age is temporal arthritis, well-known as giant cell arthritis. Women are more affected by this in comparison to men and it starts after one reaches his/her fifties. However, it is most common in the people who are in their 70s. It includes arteries inflammation all around the head and physicians are not even sure why it actually happens. The best way to prevent yourself from this issue is consulting with your doctor if you realize that you’re experiencing its symptoms as mentioned above.
