Noise plays a vital role in generating a headache and there are numerous sources of noise in our environment. Maybe your car stereo is excessively loud, or your daily work life involves dealing with some really noisy machines or passing through extremely busy road, or maybe your children are too noisy by nature. Whatever is the reason, it’s for sure that all these are responsible in creating some sort of noise pollution around your environment, thus, results you in experiencing headaches. 

The light of any type can be a cause behind your headache. In fact, even natural sunlight can make you experience headache if you expose yourself too much in it. However, non-natural lights are the more common reasons, which have been traced out. This arrives from 2 main sources: computer and television screens, and fluorescent light. Playing computer games more often, watching television all the times, and being exposed to the artificial lights, all may result in light pollution headaches or migraines. Moreover, it is extremely common for the people who work in computer more often in accompany of fluorescent lights. Therefore, the potential for a difficulty is greater in such situations. You shouldn’t use a florescent light in any situation when it begins to flicker. Start investigating the difficulty as soon as possible and correct it immediately, or merely don’t prefer using the florescent light or any sort of artificial light. If you find out that a light flickers throughout your daily job, report it to the concerned individual immediately.
